Lollo Rosso - also a loose leaf lettuce, the Lollo Rosso has a moderately bitter flavour, but without the bitter tang of the frisee. Lollo Rosso is very popular in the catering industry and is one of the most decorative salads with distinctive soft ruffled leaves, colouring to a deep cherry red. Lollo Bionda - also known as Lollo Verdi, this lettuce has a vibrant mix of green colours, with frilled edged leaves, it does not produce a firm heart and makes a perfect accompaniment to Lollo Rosso. Supplied bagged x count 9/12 per box.
